Payment Schedule:

•  $500 non-refundable deposit (per person) by May 15, 2024.
• 33% of the remaining balance by June 15, 2024.
•  Another 33% of the remaining balance by July 15, 2024.
• Final balance by August 15, 2024.

Monthly Payment Plans:

• After the initial $500 deposit (per person), the remaining balance will be divided by the number of months between the booking date and August 15, 2024.
• Monthly payments due on the 15th of each month, with the final payment due by August 15, 2024.Important Notes:

• All payments in U.S. dollars.
• Accepted forms of payment: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
• Payments will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
• It is the guest’s responsibility to know payment due dates.
• Reservations not deposited at booking or with overdue payments are subject to cancellation.
• Full payment required at the time of booking for reservations made on or after August 15, 2024.

• $500 deposit is non-refundable
• May 16 – June 15, 2024: 50% cancellation fee
• July 16 – August 15, 2024: 75% cancellation fee
• On or after August 16, 2024: 100% cancellation fee, no refunds, including no-shows.
