About Kids Jiu Jitsu
We work to make our kids Jiu Jitsu program the best experience your children can receive. Our focus is on helping them with personal development in a fun, safe environment that encourages inclusivity. You will watch them work harder in school, be more attentive around the house, and gain confidence in different areas of life.
This Jiu Jitsu class goes way beyond the mat. We teach strong values that translate to everyday life. We make sure to stay connected with you to progress their behavior. If there is something you wish for your child to work on, we’ll do our best to implement training to build up on that skill, habit, or life lesson.
While our kids are having an enjoyable time training, we also challenge them. This often includes things off the mat, such as reading books, journaling, or taking a break from screens. We believe this can help with their self-control and build their discipline.
Everything we focus on here is about personal development. Jiu Jitsu and self-defense are just a piece of the puzzle for each day of class. The goal is for each student to be prepared to face life’s challenges – no matter what they are!
