Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals:

Our program will teach teens the basic techniques of Jiu Jitsu, including positions, escapes, submissions, and takedowns. Teens will learn how to apply these techniques in both offensive and defensive situations, as well as how to transition between different positions.

Our experienced instructors will also provide plenty of opportunities for teens to practice and refine their skills in a safe and supportive environment.

 

Fitness:

Our program incorporates a variety of fitness exercises and drills to help teens improve their strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness. Teens will participate in cardio exercises such as jumping jacks, burpees, and sprints to increase their heart rate and burn calories.

They will also engage in strength exercises such as push-ups, squats, and lunges to build muscle and improve their overall fitness.

Self-Defense

Our program emphasizes the importance of self-defense, and will teach teens how to defend themselves in a variety of situations.

Teens will learn how to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations, as well as how to use Jiu Jitsu techniques to defend themselves if necessary. In addition, our program will help teens develop the confidence and awareness they need to stay safe and protect themselves in any situation.
