About Adults Jiu Jitsu
Our adult program is designed to help every student wherever they are in their journey. Are you a competitive roller? Then you can learn from a couple world champions. Have you never stepped onto the mats? Then we’ll help get you started and push you to improve a little bit every day. You can excel in many different aspects that can improve your day-to-day life – all thanks to the art of Jiu Jitsu!
First off, this is a safe environment to train in. There isn’t any pecking order or favoritism based on belt-rank, accomplishments, etc. Each student is treated with respect and is welcomed with open arms. You’ll feel safe and supported at all times.
Few Boynton Beach Jiu Jitsu schools can offer the technical expertise we can at Aviv Jiu Jitsu. Our owners – Ana Carolina Vieira and Luanna Alzuguir – have developed a curriculum through years of tweaks and small improvements. They provide the best instruction around! Whether you are looking for purely self-defense or want to follow our world champion professors into competitive Jiu Jitsu, we have you covered!
